  • When you use the "Smart Tooltip" feature, we collect the specific text you highlight on a webpage.
  • When you use the side panel chat, we collect the prompts and queries you type.
  • This information is only collected upon your explicit action (e.g., selecting text and clicking a tooltip action, or sending a chat message).
• Conversation History:
  • To provide a continuous experience, the Extension saves the history of your conversations with the AI.
• User Settings and Preferences:
  • This includes your saved custom prompts in the "Promptbook," your choice of AI provider (e.g., Google, OpenAI), and other settings you configure within the Extension.
• User-Provided API Keys:
  • If you choose to use your own API key for a third-party AI service, the Extension will store this key.

We explicitly DO NOT collect the following:

• We do not track your browsing history.
• We do not collect any data from webpages that you have not actively selected for interaction.
